Refund policy

All Sales Final.

Digital downloads can not be returned or refunded, due to their non-physical nature.

Garments are handmade to order and therefore can not be returned or refunded.

Sewing Kits, Paper Patterns, and all other Materials are final sale, with no refunds.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact sophie@sophiehines.com within fourteen (14) days. Items arriving damaged may qualify for exchange, replacement, or full or partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
