AVAILABLE FOR WHOLESALE

SEWING PATTERNS

Paper patterns are available for wholesale. PDF versions are unavailable for wholesale.

Initial Minimum Quantity: Six (6) patterns total. Subsequent orders may contain any quantity. 

Shops with either Brick + Mortar or Ecommerce with their own domain may qualify for Wholesale Accounts. 

 

SEWING KITS

All colorways of Mini Period Panty Kits are available for wholesale.

No other sewing kits are available for wholesale, including Limited Edition kits and colorways. 

Initial Minimum Quantity: Three (3) kits total. Subsequent orders may contain any quantity. 

 

ELASTIC + FABRIC + MATERIALS

No elastic, fabrics, or other materials are available for wholesale.

 

READY TO WEAR GARMENTS

All garments listed on our Ecommerce platform are available for wholesale purchase, although some fabrics may have been purchased in limited quantities, restricting wholesale availability. 

Initial Minimum Quantity: $300 Subsequent reorder minimum is $150

Garments must be purchased in sets of at least three (3). It is recommended that you purchase an entire size range, but we understand that you know the size preferences of your customers best.

 

ORDER PLACEMENT

To place an order, simply email us a list of what you'd like to purchase, with the following information:

• Your shop name
• Website URL
• Location
• Wholesale Number

Send your list to hello@sophiehines.com 

We will create an invoice for you, which you may pay via PayPal or credit card. 

No Drop Shipping. Sophie Hines garments are not available for consignment.

 

PRICING + PAYMENT

Wholesale rates are as follows-

Paper patterns wholesale for 50% of the item retail price. 

Kits wholesale for 50% of the item retail price. 

Orders will not be shipped without payment.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. 

 

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

No Drop Shipping. Sophie Hines items are not available for consignment.

For orders containing only patterns or kits, we ship within the week based on availability. All backordered items will be made known to the purchaser. 

Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority mail. Domestic orders will arrive within 2-5 days, and International orders may take 10-30 days, depending on customs clearance. 

 

AUSTRALIA + OCEANIA Purchase with zero tariff and import shipping fees with our distribution agent in Australia! Place orders through Sophie Hines and receive local shipping rates.

ASIA Periodic local shipping can be arranged from Singapore. Please reach out to see when our next available ship date will be. 

UK + EU We are stocked with Hantex in the UK! Please reach out to your Hantex agent to place an order.

RETURNS

All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not permitted excepting in an occurrence of our error.

If you receive an order containing damaged or incorrect items, please contact us.
