The Ascension Soft Bra is my favorite design, probably of all time. When I first started my lingerie line, I had the idea for a bra that looked like a floating triangle within a frame bra, with hidden support! I’m incredibly proud of this beautiful bra.

GARMENT SPECIFICS The Ascension Soft Bra is a self lined bralette with adjustable straps and bold, geometric panels. Two darts are hidden in the diagonal seam lines, which give the bra a beautiful shape, and high crossed straps are super comfortable and supportive. A longline underbust band adds support and pressure distribution.

This pattern is available in both B/C and D/E cups for all sizes XXS to 6X. 

Garment can be entirely constructed with a sewing machine, serger/overlocking machine optional. Techniques required include zig zag stitches, pinning + sewing curved seams, and working with elastic. 

SUGGESTED FABRICS Knit fabrics with 50-75% stretch, preferably with a spandex content. Bamboo, Rayon, or blends with Cotton, Lycra, Silk, Spandex, Nylon, Tencel. 100% cotton tends to stretch out quickly. Measure stretch by marking out 4” of fabric, then gently stretch to max.

• 1x 1" ring
• 1 bra hook and eye width matching underbust elastic

D/E CUP VIEW

• 4 yds 3/4" satin strap elastic [5 yds sizes 2X-6X]
• 1 yd 1"-1 1/2" firm elastic for underbust [1 1/2 yd sizes 2x-6x]
• 2 rings, 2 sliders 3/4" wide 
• 1x 1" ring
• 2x bra hook and eye width matching underbust elastic

Sophie’s bust is 32”, underbust is 29”, waist is 25”, and she is 5’10” tall. She is wearing a B/C View XS - 0/2 with no modifications.

Lydia's bust is 51", underbust is 40", waist is 42". She is wearing a D/E View 1X cup size and an XL waistband.
