WHO WE LOVE

ANSWER: PEOPLE

But more specifically, we love to support charities that work to value lives and restore human dignity. That’s why we donate a portion of the profits from each garment that we sell! This Spring, given America’s current political climate, we will be donating to Rescue.org. The International Rescue Committee responds to the world's worst humanitarian crises, helping to restore health, safety, education, economic wellbeing and power to people devastated by conflict and disaster.

People don’t stop being human just because they’re not near us.

WHAT WE SUPPORT:

WOMEN. ALWAYS WOMEN. HARDCORE FEMINIST.
DE-FETISHIZING THE FEMALE BODY.
SELF CONFIDENCE + BODY POSITIVITY.
EQUAL RIGHTS FOR EVERY LIVING HUMAN.
EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT FOR IMPOVERISHED WOMEN.
ETHICAL + SUSTAINABLE MANUFACTURING PRACTICES.
ETHICAL CONSUMPTION

WHO WE’VE SUPPORTED IN THE PAST:

2016:

MIGRANT OFFSHORE AID STATION – $200

Migrant Offshore Aid Station (MOAS) is a charity dedicated to saving lives at sea by providing professional search and rescue to people who are in distress. The MOAS team consists of international humanitarians, security professionals, medical staff and experienced maritime officers who have joined forces to help mitigate loss of life at sea. They are passionate about the plight of those who are desperate enough to put themselves and their families in danger as they flee violence, persecution and oppression by setting off on the world’s most deadly maritime migration routes.

The International Rescue Committee is responding to the humanitarian crisis on the Greek island of Lesbos. Each day some 2,000 refugees are arriving on Greece’s shores. Most of them have fled the unrelenting civil war in Syria, in its fifth year as of 2016. During a crisis and in its aftermath, the IRC sends teams of doctors and other experts to provide immediate health care, sanitation and clean water that save lives. It provides reproductive health care to mothers, supports survivors of sexual violence and creates economic opportunities for women and girls facing enormous obstacles.
